Building Art Files

Download our Art File Building Guide for information about layout, bleeds, fonts, images, distiller settings and more to ensure that your printed product meets your expectations. All files printed by Trace must be in PDF format.

Uploading Art Files

To send us your art files, simply access our FTP site at ftp.tracecommunications.com. Your Trace Account Coordinator will send your username and password to access the FTP site. Once on the FTP, you will just need to drag and drop your PDF files. In the rare event you experience trouble with our FTP site, simply contact your account coordinator for an alternate file transfer method.

Art Templates

Need help sizing your art file? Click on the link to the appropriate template for your product (bleed or non-bleed) to the right of the product name and size. Templates are in JPEG file format to ensure import compatibility with any layout program. Simply download the template you need, import it into your layout program and set up your document to match.
